Support Co-ordinator
Learner Support is a specialist agency who provides support tutors and support workers for dyslexic and disabled people in higher education and the workplace.
We are looking to recruit Support Co-ordinators to work with the team co-ordinating the personal support worker scheme. This involves the placement of support workers and providing a professional service to our clients.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner and be able to apply knowledge and understanding of disability and personal support issues in relation to education and employment.
The applicant needs to be proficient in MS Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
This position has the potential of working flexible hours, or may suit job share
IT Administrator
Learner Support is a specialist agency who provides support tutors and support workers for dyslexic and disabled people in higher education and the workplace.
We are looking to recruit an IT Administrator to provide telephone support and assistance to our customers and provide administrative support to the IT team.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner and be able to research current IT technologies and prepare quotes. Stock control and allocation is also an important part of this role.
The applicant needs to be proficient in MS Office packages including Word, Excel and Outlook
Service Development Co-ordinator
Learner Support is a specialist agency who provides support tutors and support workers for dyslexic and disabled people in higher education and the workplace.
We are looking to recruit a Service Development Co-ordinator who will maintain and develop links with our clients, seek new business in an appropriate manner and build on our success through the development and implementation of policies, practices and procedures.
Outgoing and presentable, the applicant will be self motivated and be expected to market our services sympathetically within the ethos of the organisation. A wide range of disability knowledge is essential and an understanding of the Disabled Student Allowance system within higher education would be an advantage. There may be opportunities to develop and deliver support worker training therefore experience of training at Post 16 level would be useful.
